Kumoji's consultants are mainly located in the US. We can accommodate any timezone you reside in whether it be the Pacific Timezone or in Australia.
Depending on the complexity of the request, we will be able to turn over minor updates and bug fixes within 12 hours. More complex tasks involving development or custom code will be broken down into smaller sprints.
The amount of requests completed per month depends on how complex the requests are and your responsiveness to questions and feedback. You can have an unlimited amount of requests in your queue at any given time.
Unlimited Salesforce development means you don't have to pay hourly or per project. Create as many Salesforce requests as you need, and we will complete them in your set order. Once a project is completed, we will start the next in your queue same-day.
Once you join Kumoji, you are able to add as many Salesforce requests to your queue as you'd like. They will be delivered one by one.
Larger requests will be broken down by Kumoji to ensure efficiency and speed, while being able to provide consistent updates throughout those complex and larger requests.
Kumoji utilizes Trello for project management. You will have your own dedicated board to put together a queue and see what is currently being worked on in real time.
